English Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Australian law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts. 

Contract Formation
No contract exists between you and to Hose Online Pty Ltd until we acknowledge acceptance of your payment by email and confirming that it will be despatched. The acceptance of order will be considered complete when we sends the confirmation email to you at the e-mail address submitted on your order form and it is considered complete for all purposes (whether or not you receive the email)
