Returns

We want you to be able to shop with confidence - nobody wants to be stuck with an item that they don't want. With HoseConnectors, you won't be. You can return an item that you bought from us for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item - no questions asked.

If you decide to return your item then we'll refund the purchase price, less delivery fees to cover the outward delivery costs and any applicable restocking fees (please see site for details). Some of our products can be offered with free delivery. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to re-sell it.

How to return an item you've bought from Wayfair:

1.  Contact us on 03 9553 2088 for a returns authorisation number. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you are returning.

2.  Please post it back to us.
